Safety Video-Library Policies:   TOP

  1. DVD's may be checked out to AGC of Oregon members for ten (10) working days, free of charge.
  2. Members are financially responsible for any materials that are damaged/lost while in their possession. Proof of shipping must be provided in order to establish that a tape was lost in the mail.
  3. Two DVD's per member per ten (10) working days.
  4. AGC will not release additional videos to a member company that has outstanding DVD'sin their possession.
  5. A penalty of $2.00 per day will be charged for late returns.
  6. AGC is not responsible for any costs associated with return shipping and/or handling fees.
  7. Failure to return the DVD's in good working order by the return date will result in invoicing for the total replacement costs of the video's).
