USDOT Mandated
Programs
BIO-MED
is certified to administer USDOT (SAMSHA) testing for
drivers and safety-sensitive employees as mandated
by federal law [Code of Federal Regulation (CFR)
Title 49; Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations (FMCSR)
Parts 40 and 382].
Non-DOT Programs
BIO-MED
also provides several testing options and services
for employees who are NOT subject to USDOT
regulations. Through BIO-MED, AGC has established a
random selection consortium for non-DOT employees.
These programs can be used for your own company drug
testing program or to fulfill Oregon's Public
Contracting requirements.
