There is no doubt that employee leave laws have become considerably more complicated, and for many employers, untrained supervisors are the weak link in the compliance chain. Most training programs are detailed, complicated, and designed for the HR compliance team, so we have created a training program designed for supervisors that emphasizes basic understanding and problem spotting. Make sure that your supervisors know enough about these laws to prevent your company from falling out of compliance.

This program is designed for those who have a base knowledge regarding leave laws but need assistance educating supervisory staff or managers about those laws.
